Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Toni Gonzalez-Collins, an American-Mexican sportscaster. She is an ESPN news anchor and hosts SportsNation often. She began working for ESPN in the year 2016. She is the daughter of television reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta was bilingual by the time she turned nine. This ability that helped her get her first job as a Univision production assistant in Miami. In Miami, she collaborated with producers for national shows such as Nuestra Belleza Latina Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud Primer Impacto. When she was in St. Petersburg, she was employed by the CBS station as an sports reporter. She moved from St. Petersburg to Rio Grande Valley in 2009 to work as a reporter on KNVO TV 48 Univision. Spanish channels KNVO TV 48 Univision, and Fox2 News. The stories she covered were about illegal immigration as well as drug trafficking throughout Texas as well as Mexico. Her duties as an anchor for weather or sports were often requested. Deportes 23 in Dallas, Univision's station affiliated with Dallas. In that station, she was given greater accountability. She did pieces on the Major League Baseball's ALDS ALCS and World Series the Dallas Cowboys the NBA postseason as well as the Finals FC Dallas and the Dallas Stars. She also produced Univision 23's local sports show Accion Deportiva Extra, on which she served as anchor. She has been promoted to sports anchor for Despierta America Deportes' morning show. In addition, she served as anchor of the sports segment in Primer Impacto, a magazine show on the UniMas Network and Contacto Deportivo. Antonietta Collins' parents are born in Veracruz Mexico. The city of Mexico City she was conceived on the 22nd November 1985. There is an older sister. There is an older sibling. Soon after the family split up, and in 1995 Fabio Fajardo got married again. He died from kidney cancer in 2006. It was during a holiday in the summer that she lived with her sister living in Canton Ohio where the older Collins girl had gotten an employment. Antonietta was an incoming senior in high school, but she was very aware of her career goals. She visited Mount Union University in order to find out if the school was suitable for her. The campus was beautiful and provided the education she wanted. When she completed her high school education, she was accepted into the university to study media studies. Professor Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM and was a part of her class, formed a lasting relationship with the student. Her professor urged her to believe in herself and was greatly moved by his passion for journalism.
